This homeowner came to us with a need for an updated, multipurpose living room with ample space. We partnered with our interior designers to create a design that complemented their lifestyle and satisfied their needs. With construction that was scheduled around the homeowner’s long vacation, we delivered a contemporary design/build project that didn’t sacrifice on our promise of old-fashioned care.
The two-level loft style design includes custom cabinetry, a music room, a set-off dining area and a bright and airy living room with windows and doors that overlook the deck. Ceiling fans, eye-catching lighting fixtures and a modern fireplace with mantel give the living space dimension and polish. Rounding out the project are a brand new-wallpaper and paint job, coordinated furniture design and window treatments to give the homeowner a turnkey living area that was ready for use upon their return to the home.
