SCOTT SIMONSEN
A graduate of Cooper Union’s select Electrical Engineering program, Scott spent three years in communications and consumer electronic design before identifying his true passion—construction and home remodeling.
With experience gained working for a prestigious Westchester County general contractor, Scott launched his full-service residential remodeling firm, Old World Craftsmen LLC, in 1998. With his Cooper Union background, Scott brings to his projects a unique combination of conceptualization and design skills and engineering problem solving and attention to detail—a rare combination in construction today.
With extensive knowledge of the latest construction materials, Scott takes pride in applying modern construction techniques with the old-fashioned care and craftsmanship that has been the foundation of Old World Craftsmen.

BELLO ARCHITECTURE
RAUL BELLO
Raul is the principal of Bello Architecture, PLLC, an experienced architectural firm in Rye, NY, that was founded in 2003. He is committed to making every project conscious of its environment and of those using it on a daily basis. He listens thoughtfully to clients’ needs and never lets ego get in the way of tuning in to the client’s sensibilities. He is very detail oriented, often bringing in considerations others haven’t even thought of. And he’s known for being an excellent collaborative design-build partner who is very cautious about proceeding with a design phase until there is confidence that the project can be built within client constraints. Raul has never designed a project for us that wasn’t built! Raul is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Tina is the owner/founder of True Identity Concepts, a boutique interior design and decorating company that specializes in residential spaces. She is an expert in collaborative design and provides an invaluable service for busy homeowners - creating tailored, beautiful spaces that fit into our clients’ modern lifestyle.
Clients comment on her amazing intuition about their needs and styles and breathe a sigh of relief when she is at their side bringing their vision to life.
Tina focuses on collaborative design with Old World Craftsmen and our clients to create a trusted, detailed and seamless design-build experience. She provides material selection and procurement services which offloads a huge burden from the client and assures a project with zero downtime. Each design captures homeowner’s lifestyle and individual design aesthetic by "Creating Interior Designs That Capture Your True Identity.”
SOGLIA ARCHITECTURE
MAEGAN WALTON
Maegan is a Registered Architect in NY and CT, with a LEED Certification in the specialty of building design and construction. She has worked in the field of Architecture since 2002, and spent a portion of her career at Elmslie Osler Architect in New York City before starting her own practice in 2012. SOGLIA [soul-lee-ah] is an Italian word meaning "threshold." The threshold is a point where one experiences a broad view of all possibilities, where many experiences culminate.
Maegan offers a holistic approach to design to create artful, functional and environmentally conscious spaces. She specializes in modern design and particularly loves mid-century homes and restoration projects.

SARRAZIN ARCHITECTURE
Pierre is the principal of Sarrazin Architecture, a full-service design firm with over 20 years in the industry, committed to providing inspired yet timeless environments. Our guiding principle is that architecture enhances everyday life. We create elegant, sensuous spaces that are both functional and relevant.
